KHAW & PARTNERS , established on 1 June 1999, is the successor to KHAW & HUSSEIN which was formed in 1983.

A cohesive team led by partners with extensive hands-on experience in work for individuals (foreign and local) and Malaysian companies, both private and public including those listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and also multinationals.

The partners have advised on structuring and restructuring of companies, capital market transactions, takeovers, reverse takeovers, mergers (including of bank and insurance companies), acquisitions, disposals, combination of leading Malaysian accounting firms, listings, debt restructuring, schemes of compromise and arrangements, judicial management, cross border transactions, structuring of foreign direct investments, joint ventures, shareholders’ disputes and disengagements from joint ventures and partnerships.
